Lieutenant Governor to Honour Excellence in Architecture

On Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 5:30 p.m., Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield will present Architectural Heritage Awards at Government House in Regina.

“I congratulate everyone who has contributed to the impressive projects that will receive an award this year,” said the Lieutenant Governor.  “I thank them for preserving our built heritage, for enriching our communities today, and for creating legacies for the future.”

The following 9 projects will receive awards:

 

  • Core Strength Pilates Studio, Moose Jaw
  • Tilbury Design Ltd., Moose Jaw
  • Kassie’s Jewellery, Moosomin
  • Northern Spruce Housing Project, Prince Albert
  • Masonic Temple, Regina
  • 1912 Tornado Legacy Project, Downtown Regina and Regina Warehouse District
  • Nutana Collegiate Institute, Saskatoon
  • E.A. Davies Building, Saskatoon
  • Round Plain Stone Church, Wishart
