How to write to the Lieutenant Governor

The Lieutenant Governor’s full title is:

If you are writing to the Lieutenant Governor, address the letter to:

Inviting the Lieutenant Governor to your event

If you would like the Lieutenant Governor to attend an event, please send a letter including the following information:

  • background information on the event or organization (including a website address, if available)
  • the date, time and place of the event (and whether these are flexible)
  • the number of people expected to participate
  • the role you would like the Lieutenant Governor to play, if any (speech, award presentation, etc.)
  • name and phone number of a contact person (also provide fax and e-mail, if available)
