His Honour the Honourable Russ Mirasty presented The Lieutenant Governor’s Meritorious Achievement Award in Engineering to Dwayne Gelowitz at a ceremony in Saskatoon on November 14th, 2023.

The Meritorious Achievement Award recognizes a Saskatchewan resident for his or her outstanding achievements and contributions to the consulting engineering and geoscience industry in the province.
